Mentoring / Life Coaching
Independent Life Project provides Mentoring and Life Coaching to assist adults in finding career matches, making job transitions, help with re-entry into the work force and even leaving the work force. We mentor and coach through divorce, becoming a step family, LGBT issues and cultural challenges. We offer special services for US Veterans who are transitioning into civilian jobs, and adjusting to civilian life and post deployment adjustments. For children we offer peer mentors, adult mentors and life coaching to help the youth of today to navigate some of the more complex social issues of all time. Working side by side with parents, ILP's mentors and coaches reach our children and succeed in improving their success in school and their social networks and we don't just mean on line!
In addition ILP offers Coaching to assist our clients with Work / Family Life balance skills, Work at Home Balance, New Business Start Up processes, Entrepreneurial Endeavors and Retirement.
Tutoring Services are available for all ages.
Mentoring Services are available on two levels:
Peer Mentoring which is the relationship of two students working together benefiting from their being closer in age and more familiar with the social navigation of today's life experiences and Mentoring performed by adults for students.
Life Coaching is offered for professionals needing career coaching, individuals needing social or relationship coaching and breakthrough coaching for both spiritual and physical conquests.
